I used to always go for Pilot Sport 4's for my car and was wondering what people's experience of the Pilot Sport 5's is compared with it's predecessor?

Do they wear better? (as claimed) are there any competitor tyres which are better than these.

Using them on an Audi A3 on my daily driving car.

I have a set fitted to my 330d. Not been on or out long enough to comment on longevity but should be ok michelins always are.

They are decent enough. Not a game changer from the ps4 but slightly better in every way.

The PS4 tyres on one of my cars need replacing soon. I was hoping to get PS5 but they are not yet available in the UK in the sizes I need.

Just put PS5 on today, not yet had chance to test properly, but I read and watched lots of Internet reviews and chose PS5 over PS4S on strength of reviews being very little noticeable reduction in performance on the road (track yes) but some improvement in comfort. I have 35 profile tyres on 20" rims and figured I'd appreciate the marginally comfier sidewalls more than a drip in performance. We'll see.....
