Painting calipers
Discussion
In the past I've done this. First using a wire wheel on a drill, with a smaller one on a dremel, wire brushes, wet and dry. Finally clean with brake cleaner and a tack cloth. Then I hand painted caliper paint one light coat and 2 thicker coats. Seemed to last about 4 years before starting to flake off.
Anyone done it via any other method? I could get the spray can instead but it's more of a ballache to mask areas off.

All i ever do is wire brush the caliper and paint them with some decent black metal paint, they stay looking fine for multiple years then repeat, i also do the same with unswept areas of the brake discs, hate seeing rusty discs too.
In the unlikely (never) event of going for another colour would probably get them pro refurbed and painted by the workshops.
