What do you think?
Is that a manufacturing defect or or genuine cut?
Appreciate it may be hard to tell.
Tyre is a month old.

I'm no expert but that looks like the result of a sharp stone to me. Had one almost identical a few years ago.

Your not going to get anything by trying to claim.
You have driven for a month on it across who only knows what for an unknown number of miles and unknown speeds and in unknown conditions.

A new tyre will cost less than the hassle of trying to fight goodyear or the tyre shop.
