Spring Rates for Nordschliefe

Hi guys, I am currently preparing my VW Scirocco 16V for the Nurburgring. I have driven the circuit many times in my ZM Coupe and I am aware how bumpy it is pointing to a soft setup???

I am looking for advice as to what spring rates to use, I was thinking 300LB fronts and 200LB rears. The car will be using Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tyres or similar.

I've got a MkII Golf with 350lbs front and 250lbs rear. It makes for a very understeery setup unless I put the rear anti roll bar on hard. Reckon yours will weigh a little bit less so slightly less spring rates are needed. Have you got afjustable damping?
