Hi,
Sorry for another boring perished tyre thread but I wonder if someone could say whether I should be replacing the tyres in the images.
They are 5 year old Dunlop Blue Response and have done 18k on a Golf. Car was MOTed in January, no advisories regarding tyre.
They have loads of tread left so dont want to replace them unless I have to but wonder if people could give an opinion on any rish with tyres cracking like this?

I have same problem on my Kit car byt tyres older than 5 years. Think I'll buy some Dunlop shares!

100% fine for another year or 2, just keep on top of tyre pressures as low/high pressure may well make them worse.

Many thanks for coming back.

That jogged my memory, I also meant to say I only noticed because low pressure warning had come up and all four seem to have lost pressure.

I'll monitor pressure more closely now. I wonder if pressure drop = more risk of problems?

Looks fine, i think lots of tyres end up like that pretty quickly.
