The outside edge is very worn as you can see, but the tread depth throughout the rest of the tyre is fine. Is it legal could I get fined? I know it prob needs changing but just want to know if I would get done for this. Could the tracking be out?

Looks more like an underinflation problem to me. The outsides look more worn than the middle.

That isn’t illegal, but its past its best. I would change it.

Under inflation would wear both edges equally.

I checked the pressure and it was 31. Usually inflate to 33

Change the tyre and get your tracking done.

Just had it checked and need two new tyres. Checked the tracking and it needs doing. Is tracking something that should be checked on a full service?

No, suspension alignment is not typically part of a service.

Not really. On changing track rod ends/suspension parts, yes.
