That actually seems reasonable to me.

I used to have an e36 until 5 years ago. Local garage wanted over £800 to supply and fit a new heater blower motor.

I bought one for £80 and with the help of YouTube and 4 hours of swearing, replaced it myself.

I currently have an Alpine, due its 2nd service soon and I hear that something that simple can easily cost £400 to £600.

It’s reasonable- and so is the alignment- you get what you pay for there.

Seems reasonable but for larger jobs I tend to get 2 quotes for different garages to ensure in getting a good deal
I recently saved a few hundred quid on a cambelt and water pump change doing that

Equally I've sometimes found independent brand specialists have been cheaper than local garages and other times the opposite is true

I just paid £150 for 4 wheel alignment on my BMW in London.

That was one of the cheaper places. Most seem to be £200 and up.

Yes, very reasonable - they're charging 3 hours for the job which sounds very fair.

It’s difficult to say, really.
