Sorry for the no doubt stupid question, but would it be safe for a vehicle to be moved in / out a garage if it doesn’t have drop links installed yet? Broken coil springs being changed and drop links too…but the latter hasn’t arrived yet and I need to use the garage ! Thanks

I'd say yes, so long as the ARB ism't going to foul any suspension components.

In 2017, I drove my car 40 or so miles before realising one of the droplinks had detached..

lol, I drove my Mr2 Turbo for about 18 months without front drop links and passed an MOT. That was with crazy hard coilovers.

Almost certainly, but just make sure the ends of the arb don't drop far enough to catch on anything. Those drop links hold the arb in position, so it may be flapping about and potentially interfering with other steering/suspension components if left disconnected. In my experience the arb mounting bushes usually hold it loosely in position so it will almost certainly be OK, but for example if you were going to drive it on the road I'd prefer to have the arb strapped in position for safety.
