ABS Sensor MOT Failure?

Anybody got any idea on brake section MOT failure as a consequence of ABS sensors not being secured in place according to manufacturer design (bolt)? IE one rear axle sensor held in place with cable ties (soon to be metal hose clamp) as bolt sheared off all too recently, can't get it tapped out in time. Or is the only failure just down to any dashboard warning light and relevant consequences?

Unsecured "stuff" can fail, but I would suggest if it is in place, not flapping around but working it MAY get an advisory.

Does the ABS work ? no warning lights ?

A missing bolt will likely go un-noticed unless it's really obvious.

That'll be fine. MOTs are testing if things are fit for purpose, not if they are as originally built. So long as it is adequately secured and has enough slack to give full range of motion there's nothing wrong with using cable ties.
