MX5 Suspension Set-up

Probably been asked for just a few times, I have done a search but can`t find anything
So does anyone know of a good, specialist MX5 suspension set-up garage in Kent or SE London.
Got me second Eunos, fresh from Japan and would like to get it looked at before I get to used to its possible wrong set-up.

I'd have a word with MX-5 Mad at Romford.
If you check out the owners club you will find that most of them go by the US Miata settings which call for toe in front and rear, unlike the original settings
By suspension setup, do you mean springs and shocks or geometry?
If springs and shocks, then Performance 5 are just around the other side of the M25 on the A40. There's also Everything MX5 who are recommended by MX5 Mad (who themselves have an open day at North Weald airfield this Sunday).
For geometry, the one person everyone, me included, recommends is Tony from Wheels-InMotion who works out of STS in Watford. Highly recommended.
Personally, I had Gaz coilovers bought from MX5Parts fitted by a local garage (to get it through an MOT) and then alignment done by Tony and the car drives fantastically.
If springs and shocks, then Performance 5 are just around the other side of the M25 on the A40. There's also Everything MX5 who are recommended by MX5 Mad (who themselves have an open day at North Weald airfield this Sunday).

Not going to do any power upgrades, just want to get standard power to the road properly.

Tony charges about £30 to check the four wheel alignment and then about £15 or something for each adjustment. It cost me £98 for the full setup he did on mine a few weeks ago and that includes a return checkup 2,000 miles later to make sure nothing's moved and to tweak it to any feedback you may have. Gaz springs and dampers are approx £500 plus fitting. Bushes I think come in at around £200 for a full set plus fitting. Give Phil at P5 or Karl at MX5Mad a call, or come along to the open day on Sunday - I think there are still a couple of places available on the Andrew Walsh (1st Lotus) performance driving course which will help even more to get that power down.
Get the alignment done first and you'll be amazed. Then you can think about suspension mods if you think it still needs it.

Before I wasted money on full geo, I'd get the shocks and springs checked out by somebody impartial, if they are as poo as some of the cars I've seen lately, geo would be pointless.
I'm going to check out the Miata settings to see just how they work out, I must admit they do make sense but I've asked Warren at Topcats racing in Aylsbury to box out and cornerweight a road/trackday car for me and see what he says.

Already got one I'm afraid, its one of the original 5 test cars, now running the revised trackday kit with 450/350 springs.
If you do want the full monty give Warren at Topcats a call, no disrespect to the guy in Watford but Warren does it the old fashioned way with string, Dunlop guages and scales. Have look at his racing Porkers and TVR's to see his pedigree
