sounds a daft question perhaps?
i'm wanting to buy a mk1/2 with a reasonably powerful pinto or zetec with teh intention of fast road and occasional drift/track days (providing i sell my GTM v6 to fund it that is)
whilst obviously a full gp4 spec suspension / diff etc would be ideal.... what would i really (in teh real world) need to make it half decent? do i really need to go turreted rear, 5 link, panahrd rod anti roll bars etc etc?
the fun i will want will be from controlable drift oposed to stick to sh;te to a blanket and then spin. live axle with lsd?
any ideas or links to where i should be reading?
