just brought a throttle body kit for my car but ther is no where to connect the brake servo without a massive amount of work, i am thinking of fitting a pump driven off the fan belt has anyone tried this before.
Thanks Matt

Jaguar ran a pump for servo brakes off the gearbox in the D-type, IIRC.

It didn't work very well, due to the massive difference in servo effort over the rev range, allegedly.

If you used some sort of vaccuum accumulator it might be doable, but almost ceratinly less work than arranging a tapping off your throttle bodies.

I think that the Merecedes A class uses an electric vacuum pump for the brakes. One could easily be retro fitted.
