Changing PCD

I want to change the PCD on brake discs. How do you go about this or can this be done at a machine shop? I want to change them from Ford to Triumph.
Any advice welcome.

You could have them re-drilled providing there is enough metal to do so safely.

Why do you want/need to change the PCD anyway?

Nothing fundamentally wrong with the idea, but bear in mind that there is more than the PCD that has to be right for the discs to fit that hub. You need to get the center bore size/profile right too.
