Hi there i'm in need of some help, I currently have only springs on my 190e 2.6 and wonted to know what was the best suspention? I was thinking coiley's (coilovers) with AMG 18's but what do ya think?

195/65R15 as standard?

I think 18" wheels would wreck the ride and handling.

...and rub if 215 or wider.

205/50R16 is the way to go, perhaps accompanied by slightly shorter and stiffer springs.

The geometry of the W201 won't like being lowered too much so unless you're going for a fully adjustable setup 25mm is probably as far as you want to go.

Your right it does rub i lil! i've been told 18's are ok but mine are 8.5 and i'm needing 8's, it has been lowered 30mm i think? looking to sort it in the next 2 months but wona get it right!

Also be looking to get escort cossy rims! lol as when the summer arives my 190 will be a proper cossy!
