Where can I buy remote brake reservoir hose

Does anyone know where I can buy lengths of flexible low pressure brake fluid resistant hose to plumb between remote reservoirs and master cylinder? I know you can get "kits" from the likes of Rally Design with unions and the like but no-where seems to do just the flex hose.
