The owner (OH's Brother) let his VR6 almost run out of fluid in the resovoir a few weeks back, and has since had crap brakes due to air in system. He couldn't bleed them as 3 bleed screws were sheared off, so I had it over and threw 4 new calipers at it.
After bleeding twice round with a pressure bleeder and getting a very spongy pedal I found 2 nipples on the ABS thingy under the expansion tank which I bled as well, then went round the brakes again with the car on the floor. Definately the new fluid coming through.

I have brakes but the pedal travel is really long, probably twice what i'd expect, but when it gets down there the brakes bite like you'd expect and it'll lock the rears up (lowered and hasnt adjusted the bias obviously) and its also locked the front right too. It really scrubs the speed off quick. The pedal travel worries me though. The rear pads are new, fronts are recent. Also I have an ABS light on but it was on before it arrived with me, and it comes on from ign on and stays on permanently.

Any ideas? Keep bleeding?
