Steering noise

Quick question, the OH's runabout has developed a low grinding noise when turning left at very low speed, the noise is constant right up to full left lock. No sound at all turning right. The noise isn't audible from outside the car, possibly a wheel bearing?

Both tyres are evenly worn and fine on the tread depth, and it drives straight.

ETA: fluid is also checked and is spot on.
