Polybushes for non standard part ?

I'm planning a modern microcar in traditional "bubble car" style and am using front suspension wishbones off an old, large Yamaha quad on a custom crossmember to gain the increased track. This is swing type / king pin rather than double wishbone with ball joints.
The wishbone to chassis pivots have plastic bushes with steel spacer that are worn so I want to replace them with polybushes.

Anyone know of a supplier of "top hat" type poly bushes with a 24mm external dia ?

If you've got access to a lathe you can buy the polyurethane bar from Superflex, etc, to make your own.

and if it's too soft to turn properly then stick it in the freezer overnight.
