I just bought some Eibach springs to lower my E92 M3 a bit, is this somthing that any garage can change or should i go to a specalist garage?

Any garage/mechanic will be able to do it, these springs are no different to change than factory fit standard springs. Happy lowering!

Kwikfit told me that they would not go near it... wich made me thing that it would need to be a proper high performance garage...

Kwikfit only fit parts supplied by them and they don't stock any 'aftermarket' parts so to speak, that's probably why the won't touch it. Go to any local garage(not main dealers,i imagine they'd be the same as kwikfit) and they'll be able to fit them no bother. Alternatively you could start a new thread on here asking if there's any mechanics on here in your area that will do it at your house for a fee. Ive had 3 cars lowered in the past and have used local garages all 3 times no problems, hope this helps.
