Is this dent "smart repairable"?

I have this damage on my rear bumper. Is this something that chipsaway or other smart repairs could sort?

It's a plastic bumper with a dent that's gone through the silver paint.

I had worse than that on my front bumper (steel rod got kicked up by a van in front and pierced the bumper.)

Thay are part of autoglass. It was a company car so can't comment of cost but the repair is still invisible after almost 3 years.

They do the work in a portable tent. Watch them on windy days, twice I've used them and the repair has been great but the car was covered (all over covered) in overspray which they did come back and machine polish off.

I'd never heard of autorestore before. They can't look at it until next week so I've booked it into the local SMART repair place.
