Spent around 2 hrs working on my car today. Nothing overly special just experimenting with some new kit and trying to clean up the interior a bit.

One of my big bugbears is around the rear doors on the actual crease where dirt builds up and if not regularly cleaned in specific then it becomes very hard to shift.

Decided to try tar autoglym tar remover and a new battery powered brush looks like a toothbrush to me just bigger. Had great results.

Before...

After

Also used some megiuars interior detail spray and came out like this...

Most importantly didnt leave a horrible bright sheen like most seem to. Granted the material is kind of leathery rather than just hard plastic but centre console was exact same result.

This is the gubbins i bought and used...

The hard brush works really well for cleaning ingrained alloys without scratching and is very quick and effective.

Top work and a big improvement. I use one of those brushes to clean the grout between the tiles in my shower!!!

Alloys are on the list but long time down the road. Got a lot more things to wash first alloys not so important.
