Louvre Cutting

Anyone know of bodyshop where I can get some louvres cut in to metal a pop up headlight cover?

Will most likely pick up a spare so I can post it off rather than having to leave the car there.

I could possibly do this at my work, depending on the size of louves you want and my bosses mood!
The larger tool we use the most is the only one that has been hardened-possibly too big at around 20mm wide, and the smaller tools have struggled on steel.
