Bumper Repair - Recommendation

With PH being such a big community, I was wondering if anybody would be able to suggest (or even runs) a good mobile (preferably) bumper repair company that could do a little work on my car's bumper - I'm based in SE London/Kent.

The damage entails minor scuffing (and one small gouge) to the rear facing edge and a small crack in the paintwork/ridge on the top face of the bumper itself resulting form a <5mph impact. If possible I would like somebody that could also fit a replacement plastic diffuser section at the same time as this broke and has been removed (I can provide a new one, just a few bolts).
