Looking at getting some damage on a car i'm looking at getting fixed:

Smooth, Respray and refit both front and rear bumpers (scratching/gouging)
Smooth and respray front wing (slightly bent where meets front bumper but not too bad)
Minor scratches on a couple of doors - polish out/touch up

Car is metallic silver.

Well the bumpers and wing certainly won't be smart repairs, you are looking at proper body shop jobs for those, from your description anyway.

As for costs we only pay £100-£120 a panel trade money, I'm not sure of the going rate for retail jobs.

You will be much better off going to a bodyshop for that sort of job.
Smart repair is good for local small jobs, but ask them to do more than small jobs and yes they might do it but will make a mess of it (both in terms of mess of the local area where you get them to do it, and the finnish will be poor compared to an average bodyshop).

I'll disagree.

Had the tailgate of my mini done - ok, only small area but it was totally invisible, even 3 years later.

Next was pretty much a 3/4 of a door resprayed after someone drove into it - dent guy did his work, paint guy then did his - again, you couldn't see the repair at all - and I'm very fussy. If it makes a difference, paint guy was ex-bodyshop

I was only previously thinking smart repair as I had a very good job done on the whole rear bumper of my 335i which had cracked, bent etc. and ended up looking like new.

The pic's are below, the worst at the bottom, the white on the last pic is the effects of tape.....

Thats a tricky one to quote by photos, I think there may be more damage than you can actually see. The nsr qtr could be deformed by the way the filler cap is sitting, and you cant really tell if the bracketry or clips are sound and reusable.
Let us know how you get on. smile

Whilst I agree that this particular job would be better suited to a bodyshop, I have to disagree with your sweeping statement regarding Smart.

Whilst it maybe generally true that Smart is better suited to smaller areas the quality of a job by a Smart repairer taking on a larger job will be directly related to their experience and/or training.
There are many guys out there doing Smart that come from a bodyshop back ground, those that run a bodyshop and do smart and those that started in smart and expanded into bodywork and they would probably better qualified to take on a larger job than somebody who has only been Smart trained, who only takes on smaller jobs and who hasn't had the experience of larger jobs.
It's just a case of finding the right tech.

Silver is a difficult colour and may need blending in with the panel next to it. Thats looks like its had a hard life !!! Not a bodyshop guy, but I would think a bodyshop would be a better call than a smart repair.

I used to do this sort of work all the time for a main dealer, the Fiesta uses a nice variant of Moondust so unless you have some idiot doing the work with poor experience its not a problem to match. The rear bumper is an easy fix, they normally pop back in without a problem but they are prone to cracking in the foglight area after flexing. NSF wing and corner, again easy, I could blend that without having to go into the front door. Hardest part would be the OSF wing with that edge out of shape. Its then becoming beyond the time scale I would consider to be viable, if it takes longer than a day, I would refer it to a bodyshop. But any decent, competent mobile repairer could do that job within a day, you've just got to find one..
