BMW Frozen paint finish

Does anyone know much about or have experience of the 'frozen' paint finishes on BMW's? The car I'm interested in is bronze, looks great in the showroom but I'm wondering how easy it is to clean and deal with the inevitable scratches and scrapes.

can only use specialised products wash, cant polish paint to remove scuffs and light scratches and nightmare to repaint match.

Thanks Kelly, I guessed it would be a PIA and that video confirms it, frozen finish is not for me.
