Might be possible, but the snow foam liquid will take it over budget perhaps.

I have the C120 Nilfisk myself and I'm looking for a snow foam lance (there is a basic one that comes with it, but it's not all that good):

The cheaper option C110:

The one I have myself C120 (I got a deal with the patio cleaner for this price last year):

This is the lance I'm thinking of getting myself, so I can't fully recommend since I haven't got it yet. They offer it with the Nilfisk fitting included in the price via the options:

If you went for the C120 and this lance you're £5 under budget so could put it towards some foam:

Various foams on this page, but may be worth looking out for a 'wax safe' one unless you want to wax everytime you wash, such as the Super Snow Foam £15.95/ 5 litre.

Lol. Never really had a problem with karchers and they had some real abuse. Generally lasted 3 years at a time with week in, week out usage.

But that's not to say others haven't had problems. Usually ok for home use though.

I nearly bought a Karcher myself last year, but it was just that I came across a few threads that gave me the impression they weren't as well made/reliable as I'd hope and the Nilfisk seemed to be the popular alternative. It was more that Screwfix had a good deal on the day the hose pipe ban was lifted in my area otherwise I may have gone the other way.

Just used mine this weekend to clean up the patio post winter. I'm going to order the lance soon so I can give my cars a proper spring clean.

Do you know if you can use this one from a water butt?

I'm not sure, mine is linked to a softened water tap so under mains pressure.

Screwfix doesn't seem to have any £99 C120s anywhere in stock either locally or for delivery, however Amazon is doing the same thing with a lot of accessories for 2p under £120.

That's the exact package I bought last year from Screwfix for about £99 (not that I've ever used the patio scrubber since just using the fine pressure wash alone shifts the grime off the stone). Last year Screwfix had two item on their webiste: The C120 for about £120 and no accesories, then the same C120 + accesories as your Amazon link for £99, which was a bit odd and I nearly missed it.

Last year I bought the lance above click, and a cheapo halfords own brand P/W. Still going great guns. When this one dies, as it inevitably will, I'm planning on getting one of them posh Nilfisk items though. yes
