Removing Gearbox oil from paint...Help please

One of my oil cooler pipes on the Subaru gave up on the A38.. 80mph and its dropped its load and has covered the car front to back.

Any idea's or help on removing it? Given it 3 good washes but not having a'lot of luck with it.

Probably a de greaser should shift it makesure its paint safe. Then re wash, poish n wax
