Porsche Cayenne damaged in pub car park

I made the mistake of leaving my Cayenne in the pub car park last night. I went to pick it up this morning and found the rear valance split in half. It looks like someone has reversed too close and got their tow bar stuck under it. This is the only explanation I can think of as it's been pulled rather than pushed.

The good news is that the damage seems to be isolated to the one unpainted body part. I'm going to get some repair quotes on Monday, does anyone have any idea on costs for this sort of thing? Is it worth getting a quote from an OPC?
