Fixing small surface scratches

Afternoon all,

My MX-5 has a number of small surface scracthes that I would like to fix. The scratches aren't deep and I don't want to resort to smart repairs of full resprays.

I have heard that Meguiars Scratch X2 is pretty good but are there other alternatives that are better?

Can you feel the scratches with your fingernail?

If it is only light scratching ScratchX should be fine, there are other products with similar diminishing abrasives that will do the job too.

Some of them, yes, but most of them are only very light and look to just be within the depth of the clear coat.
