Will this pull out?

Morning all. Noticed this crease in my door last night. Will it pull out with a Halfords sucker thing or do I need to get the specialists involved? It's about a third of the way up from the bottom of the door and about two feet long.

Suckers are useless for that. Ring a local paintless dent removal guy, they are usually very good. And cheaper than a repair and paint in a bodyshop.
