X hose or pump spray

Live in a first floor flat. Possible to fit an attachment to my ensuite tap and run a hose out the window, into the car park to rinse the car for washing.

Or, pump spray type pressure washer?

I have a feeling a hose would be better in soaking the car and loosening the dirt, where as I think a pump spray woud struggle with this.

Has anyone on here got an X hose?

I saw the advert for those x hoses the other day. I was wondering how they'd stand up for use with a pressure washer.
