PRIMER COLOUR FOR TECHNO VIOLET BMW

Hi All

Can some one recommend a colour of primer that i can use for the techno violet spray. i know there are whites, greys, yellows etc.....

I will be doing one of the wing mirror on my M3, So any advice will be great on this

Grey or black will be the best bet assuming you are using aerosols.

Judging by the stone chips on my Techno Violet E34, grey primer was used...

cheers fella's yes I will use the grey then, and yes aerosols i will be using as it is only the back plate for the m3 mirror

Mid to dark grey. It will cover better over a black, but this can make the overall effect darker than desired. Try and match the original primer colour used at the factory unless your paint supplier recommends different.
