Having been mildly interested and having spent a small fortune on detailing and detailing product's during the past 5/6 year's the answer to your question , taking into account the time of year and weather is, you can't !

Making your car a bit easier to clean require's a bit of prep , preferably in the autumn before the weather/temp's get too bad.
