bird mess sized rust spot

Hi, I have a 2004 focus edge.

I have a small rust spot on the roof. It looks like someone had left bird mess untouched and it's done the paint no favours.

I'm not bodywork minded, so excuse me for sounding daft but does anywhere do a kit that will remove, and treat the rust, prime and paint and laquer? I think I saw an all in one at halfords for £13 ish but any good?

In a word no! it will need to be done properly, sanding back and painting. take it to a body shop. no cheap fix that will last or look any good!
