Leather cream for light brown leather

This is actually for my sofa rather than car, it has a kind of 'barely finished' dryness to it and I would prefer a bit more sheen and suppleness to be worked into it, which I would imagine would also make it more resistant to spillages etc than it looks at the moment. Can anyone recommend a good product that I can apply, maybe that they have used to restore faded/cracked light brown leather on a classic?
