Which wheel cleaner would you recommend for some baked on brake dust?

I normally use autosmart wheel cleaner which works well if I clean them every time I use the car. But a while ago I forgot to clean the wheels after using the car in the rain and the brake dust is now stuck in places and due to the metal etc the dust has gone a bit rusty looking too.
Any suggestions apart from a wheel refurb are much appreciated

Built Hamber Auto Wheels would be my suggestion. Spray it on, let it change colour and blast it off. If the wheels are especially bad, agitate with a wheel brush before rinsing off. And it smells of bubble gum.
