Clear coat random dull patches

What is the actual technical cause of these type of dull patches on the clear coat? The bodyshop painted the entire panel, some of it is glossy and then it suddenly goes dull It's definitely not been smart repaired in that area.

Would a wet sand and G3 bring this back to normal? it's all very odd.



You can see the dull haziness above.

And then below the bumper is completely glossy.

Take it back to the bodyshop and ask them to sort it out.
