White marks/spray after bodywork

I've just had my car back from my insurance companys approved repairer. The areas that have been repaired seem fine, but all the rubber bits in between the door panels have a white spray type residue which is unslightly.

I did complain and they took it away to clean but it's not that much better.

Should I kick up a fuss with the insurance company or is this normal?

Sounds like polish splatter from where the bodyshop have compounded/attacked the repainted panel(s)...some vinegar or general all purpose cleaner on a cloth should sort.
