BMW OEM spray paint
Discussion
BMW don't make paint.
I'm not sure which supplier they use......as an example Fiat use PPG so going to a PPG dealer you should be able to get the best matching paint for a Fiat.
Other than that any company that mixes paint will be able to mix your BMW paint from the code ,just don't expect it to be a 100% match

Thank guys for the input. I actually did check autopaint in Brighton and that looks ok to order it. I did not expect not to find it from BMW or other resellers. I am quite enthused about trying myself. I'm not sure which supplier they use......as an example Fiat use PPG so going to a PPG dealer you should be able to get the best matching paint for a Fiat.

So I happened to stop at Halford's (I did not even know these shops existed) and they also can prepare the spray paint for you apparently if you do know your color code. On that occasion, they were missing one of the component in the mix (deep black). They also have body shop repair kits.
