Microfibre drying towels are the way to go. Don't actually need to go for anything fancy, just machine wash them after you've used them.
I tend to use 3 towels at this time of year as it's trickier getting the car dry with it being cold.
Just go for something like these, I've just ordered another four as after a while of using and washing they tend to go stiffer. Then just retire them for drying the windows/wheel.
