Dear All,

Can anyone recommend a Ph Neutral shampoo with gloss enhancement. I currently use Autoglym HD shampoo but it’s very expensive. I can’t get on with the Shampoo Conditioner... I prefer lots of suds even though it has no benefit to cleaning power. I’ve also used the autoglym pure shampoo but finish wasn’t shiney!

ALSO... the two bucket method, wash and rinse... would it be okay to have wash and wheels? As I prefer to do wheels first.

Thank you to everyone who puts up with my questions. I’m a amateur car cleaner.

Regards, James

Three buckets.

First is for wheels and arches.

Second shampoo

Third rinse.

Never use the wheel bucket for anything but wheels.

I use Megs gold for the wheel shampoo.

AG Ultra HD shampoo

Or nanolex shampoo.

Depends whats on the car (wax or sealant)

I like the Meguiars NXT shampoo (the purple one). It looks expensive but lasts for ages and suds up well. Get it from Halfords when they have their 3 for 2 offer on.
