How Much for PDR?

As a ballpark, what's a sensible price for to pay a dent remover for a PDR of a 1-2 cm straight dent caused by a door edge hitting my car door?

The dent is removable, paint is undamaged. Access to the rear of the dent is straightforward.

Lets assume the full VAT price, not 'mates rates' or 'for cash'.
