Hi Guys,
Just after a tad of advice re a stone chip which I spotted the other day which had a little rust forming.
It's in a real awkward place just above the windscreen.
It's on my 10 year old MX5, which believe it or not is actually rust free, apart from this chip.
I cleaned it as best I could with a fibreglass brush, and applied a couple of drops of hammerite rust kill with a cocktail stick, it's too small to get a brush in. The solution turned black, so seems to have done it's job.
I've ordered some touch up paint from Mazda, but do I need to get this sorted properly, or will what I've done be enough.

Thanks in advance,
Martin
