Hi, brand new here but trawled the threads for weeks now Looking at leather cleaning. I have just bought a mint condition BMW 6 series E63 645 2004. It has beige leather. What should I do to look after it. A want it brand spanking new with that leather smell but non greasy and Matt. After reading every thread some are quite old I'm still confused. I leaned towards,

Gliptone twins because it seems to be a good one with you guys and has that leather smell but I'm worried if I condition the seats will attract dirt and maybe be greasy as they are obvious sealed. I read not to condition.

Swissvax milk but it seems $$$$, not sure if it has the leather smell.

LTT... does this have the leather smell and which one?

Dodojuice...does this have a leather smell and which one?

Dr. Leather....same as above

Furniture clinic.....same as above.

I done the research but what's the feeling in 2018? Still glitptone albeit I'm conditioning sealed leather or get the best cleaner then a protected (pref one which smells good).
Again I want to clean them, then rejuvenate them to new again (the condition is prob 7/10 anyway) but have a non greasy, Matt, natural leather smell finish.

Thank you

I don't get how anyone can get away with selling something called 'conditioner' for modern sealed leather.
You may as well try and nourish and condition the colour coat on the bodywork through the clearcoat.,

I didn’t know BMW had an official OEM product. Does it leave the seats shiny or matt finish? Is it non greasy? And does it leave a nice leather/new car smell? Thanks

It's not grease, the finish is not shiny but not matt either, after rubbing it in and wiping it off you will have to wait a while though as ive found my steering wheel feels quite slippery until its all dried off. After that its fine. The nice scent it gives off doesn't last particularly long however.
Leather that has been left bare and leather that has had the UV coating applied does look a fair bit deeper in colour.

Give it a go on the arm rest, if you like it then keep it and if not you can always clean the arm rest again!
