Got careless with the waxing when near some black, matt external plastic & now can't find anything I've got already (autoglym bumper care, or detailing sprays) that will shift the grey/white residue.

Can anyone recommend a product to clean this, then a good black treatment to seal / gloss it afterwards?

Thanks.

If the 1st application of peanut oil fails, leave car out somewhere and any local dogs will come around and lick your trim clean.

quite impressed with this but cant comment yet on its longevity.
Is black in colour and will stain paint if not careful but pretty easy to apply.
