tload to stop any squeaking from rubber seals for at least a year - Dupont Krytox in liquid form (usually between £35 - £40 for about 30 ml). You really do pay a lot for Dupont stuff!
I have tried all of the above, but IMO if you can stomach the cost and want to do only once in a while Krytox is the mutts nuts. You need to let it dry a little though after application otherwise it smears a bit on glass.
It gets rebranded by the manufacturers I know BMW (83 19 9 408 523) and any of the VW/Audi/Skoda etc. do it.
