Tusker salary sacrifice vehicles

Hi all, first time poster (please be kind)

Right, I have a Tusker car through my employer and my 3 year term is due to end in a few weeks and I intend to hand it back and look at something else. My question is to anyone else who has had a salary sacrifice before ideally through Tusker specifically, how strict were they with the wear and tear conditions? I have a few marks on my rear bumper caused by suitcase wheels going into/out the boot. I also scratched a side panel last year and it it repaired privately and they did a very good job. I’ve heard of some lease company’s using UV lights on paintwork etc l. Essentially I need to work out if it’s worth getting the scratches repaired before I hand it back.

I will attach to of the bumper and one of the boot lining that got damaged too (I’m not normally this clumsy, honest!)

2000 grit wet and dry followed but some Meguiars 205 would probably remove that.
