Unknown bit of kit behind boot right hand panel in RS4

I need to get a dent repaired in my RS4 (prior to selling). The body shop have said it would be best if they could get to the dent from inside the boot to push it out.

To get to it they'd need to remove what is in the photo.

Does anyone know what this is and if it would be safe to remove it? (its being the right hand side cover)

Do you mean the amp or the bit of pink plastic above it?

Its the silver bit of kit which sits above the fan I was referring to. Sorry should have been more specific. Thanks

Its still the bose amplifier.

(The black plastic part with bose written on it is part of the subwoofer enclosure)

As above, it is the amplifier, it may log a diagnostic code if it is removed and refitted, but shouldn't cause any problems.
