Rough cost to repair this door damage?

OH hit a small wall, little dent in the sill and bottom of the door, some scratches are down to the metal and others and just light scratches. The car is non metallic red.




Also, any idea what the rough cost of a front end spray over would be? The paint on the front of this car has loads of stone chips.

Also the cost of alloy wheel referbs? 18 inch, currently diamond cut but just want them silver painted not re diamond finished as salt has ruined them over winter?
