De-Chrome or Vinyl Wrap Shop Sought - West Midlands

I have just replaced the silver Nevis rims on my Jaguar XK with gloss-black Kalimnos rims and now want to de-chrome the exterior trim. Can anyone recommend a detailer or wrap shop close to west Birmingham or West Midlands who can do a good wrap job for reasonable money? There is not a lot coming up on forum searches.
